Comment Process Outlined for Input to New Paint Guidelines

As this community embarks on updating its paint guidelines, the Board is committed to ensuring that every affected and interested party has an opportunity to share its views and concerns. Any party that wishes to submit a written statement on any issue or issues that may impact these guidelines is strongly encouraged to do so.

To facilitate participation in drafting and ultimately modernizing the paint guidelines, the Board has established four methods by which statements can be submitted for consideration and review:

1. Transmission using the Sands Scottsdale web site at: www.sandsscottsdale.com/paint
   
   
2. Send an Email to the following address: paint@sandsscottsdale.com
   
   Statements can be embedded in the Email as text or sent as a MS Word or text attachment. Do not include artwork or other graphic elements.
   
   
3. Legibly-written statements may be mailed to the address below or faxed to 480.503.8149

Email and fax transmissions must be received no later than 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17. Mailed submissions must be postmarked no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17.

The Board encourages participants to limit their statements to a maximum length of 3 pages of double-spaced written text.

Please be aware that the Board may, at its discretion, post any comments it receives on the Sands Scottsdale web site.
