If you recall, last July the Sands started billing maintenance fees monthly. That is because our governing documents insist that this is how we proceed with business. I agree that it is simpler to pay semi-annually; if you are interested, you are welcome to do so. Please send checks to the Tri-City Office instead of the P.O. Box on your coupons to expedite this matter. Any check that does not directly match the assessment amount must be hand-coded and our office is fast and efficient! Please also make sure your checks are made payable to Sands Scottsdale Master Association and please do not combine payments for the Townhomes. We also offer a Direct Debit service.
I like what I'm doing and I'm glad I'm at Tri-City. Your Board of Directors is wonderful to work for; and if you have any free time, I highly suggest running or volunteering for a committee. All talents are welcome! Hope to work with you in the future!
